Downey HS: Placed second at the San Gabriel Valley League Championships at 145 pounds as a senior and took fifth at the CIF Championships… Was a Masters Meet qualifier… Came in fifth place at 145 pounds at the Downey 32-Way Meet… Helped the team win three consecutive league titles during his junior and freshman seasons, while he won the league title as a junior… Finished in second place his sophomore and freshman years… Spent four seasons on the wrestling team…..

Personal: Most memorable moment was when he won the match that qualified him for the Masters Meet and his coaches picked him up in celebration… Aspires to be an electrician… Hobbies include wrestling… Nicknamed “Ty”… Is the son of Nancy Carpenter… Born in San Diego, CA on October 9, 2004…..
