Cerritos College Cross Country (2014): Placed 51st overall at the CCCAA State Championships with a time of 19:33.9 after she came in 30th place at the Southern California Championships in the same time… Posted a 12th place time of 19:42.4 to place 12th at the South Coast Conference Championships… Turned in a seventh place time of 19:40.3 to finish seventh at the Brubaker Invitational, while her time of 20:50.6 earned her a fifth place result at the Grand Canyon Invitational… Was 19th at the Golden West Invitational with a clocking of 19:24.8 and recorded a 54th place time of 19:24.4 at the Southern California Preview Meet

Katella HS: While on the track and field team, she specialized in the 400 meters (1:02.0), 800 meters (2:25.0) and 3200 meters (12:31.0)… Earned all-league honors her senior season… Recorded a personal best time of 18:32 as a senior on the cross country team… Earned the Most Inspirational Runner her senior season… Spent four years on the cross country team and helped them win the Orange League championship… As a member of the soccer team for four seasons, she was named her team’s Most Valuable Player as a junior…..

Personal: Most memorable moment was when she recorded her personal best time in cross country… Would like to transfer to Cal State Fullerton and study to be an accountant… Hobbies include playing soccer and drawing… Has six siblings – David (25), Albert (23), Ricardo (21), Juan Carlos (19), Mayra (19) and Jesus (14)… Nicknamed “Guadalupe”… Is the daughter of Juan Orozco and Teresa Resendiz… Born in Mexico on May 9, 1996…..
