On the strength of their 5-1 win over visiting Mt. San Antonio College on Thursday, the Cerritos College men's tennis team remained undefeated in South Coast Conference play. The Falcons (16-1, 3-0), ranked #2 in the state, will take on Foothill College at Buchanan High School at 4:00 p.m. on Friday in a non-conference match.

Cerritos sat their regulars in the match against the Mounties and earned three straight-set wins in singles play, and pulled out a close match in doubles.

Competing in the #1 spot on the singles ladder, sophomore Henry Ayesiga (Malezi School, Kenya) improved to 3-0 in that position with a 6-3, 6-1 win, while freshman Biel Roca Carreras (Iguolada, Spain) is now 5-0 on the year with his 6-4, 6-1 victory. Additionally, freshman Kwang-Eun Lee (Sunny Hills HS) remained undefeated in singles play with his 6-1, 6-4 win in the #3 position.
